I went ahead and did the steps needed for my music under this site to be usable in Geometry Dash.

Just as a reminder that the tracks are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, the more recent projects like Flawless Oxygen and Windswept Prospekt do not have Content ID enabled therefore it should be just fine if you upload videos of levels where my songs are heard in!
